Earthquake S'mores

So Thursday, we had a 3.8 earthquake here in Indiana. There were reports of minor structure damage, but nothing severe. However, it was like Chicken Little was running the news, because all day, all they focused on was the earthquake.  Come on people; the sky IS NOT falling!

Anyway, in honor of the earthquake obsessed media around here, I decided to make earthquake s'mores.

What you'll need:
1 package graham crackers, crumbled
4 graham crackers, broke into large pieces
1/2 c butter, melted
marshmallows
chocolate chips
Put the graham crackers and butter into an 8x8 pan and press down to form a crust. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Add several marshmallows and chocolate chips. Don't be shy with these! And top with large graham cracker pieces.

Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to brown.

Let cool about 5 minutes. Cut and serve!
