Pork kabobs with peppers and onions

Can you really go wrong with meat on a stick? There's something almost primal about it. Tonight, we enjoyed kabobs with peppers and onions, pork and of course some garlic cloves! I really need to buy another kabob rack so we can do fruit at the same time.

A kabob rack? That sounds awesome! We just put the kabobs straight on the BBQ but it would be much easier to have them on a rack to turn them all at once!

Looks delicious. And I have NEVER made them. Now that spring has finally arrived, I've to do this. It's definitely the kind of meal I would like. :-)
